So I don't normally write reviews but this time I just had to, About 2 months ago the engine on my Subaru blew up due to oil pressure and I contacted these guys for a engine, they quoted me one with just 85K miles and assured me this engine was tested and it was a quality engine and i'm very picky for anything car related! when the engine arrived I was so impressed with the quality of the engine, engine had the miles they told me it had, it was a really clean engine on the inside and now my car runs better than ever again! The process was really quick as they sent me a tracking number and I could see where the engine was! I will definitely trust these guys for any engine or Transmission needs, and on top I have a 3 year warranty! So I can't even start to explain how much peace of mind I have right now!!

I will try to make this as short as possible. This company does not have a parts inventory. They scour the internet and have junk yards drop ship to the buyer. You first get a very positive price including shipping. Then you pay and wait even though they said they have the part ready to ship. You are forced to docu-sign in a very fast manner that gives them CYA protection. 2 weeks go by and a very poor and unusable transmission comes in. No call back from ARMANDO ALEXANDRE so I pretend to ask someone else to see if they have a transmission for me via another email inquiry. BRYAN says yes he has one for $99 more ! I explain my situation and sent them pictures of the transmission with the pan off. He said it is MY responsibility to pay to ship back a 250 # transmission on a pallet. I paid $800 total, shipping by truck will cost me $1400 ! You see you will be painted into a corner that you can not get out of. Chase CC sided with them because of the docu-signed emails. I should have read the reviews which would have pointed me elsewhere. The pictures should show burnt ATF fluid with the consistency of black gear lube and the sprinkling of gold glitter which is friction material and bearing wear on a transmission that was not 80000 miles but more like 200000 miles. Probably can't give zero stars so I gave 1. I don't think I can leave my email address so the proof is in the pics. Stay away from this company. I learned my lesson.

My Husband ordered a transmission for a GMC pickup. AM used Auto Parts, LLC did everything they said they would.
The Parts Representative was very helpful and explained the shipping procedure. The package was received in a timely manner and the parts were in pristine condition.
All in all we were satisfied with their service

Hi, overall I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience buying an engine from AM Used Auto Parts. I was struggling to find an engine locally that was in good shape for a decent price. I came across AM and got a quote. I gave them a call and they were very helpful and answered all my questions. After ordering the engine shipped faster than expected. Receiving the engine I was very happy, it was packaged exceptionally and there was no damage done during shipping. After my engine was installed to my truck it ran perfectly and has been running great over the 1000miles I have already put on it. I recommend AM to a friend as well and they had a similar experience and were happy with their purchase. Great company and great service, I would definitely buy again from AM. Thank you.

I live in Manitoba Canada and quite frankly I was a bit hesitant at first because of the distance and all process of import which I had never done before.
But AM Used Auto part provided me with a low mileage engine which was very important to me (here in Canada I couldn't find anything like that).
and with their help I've managed so now that I have my car (FYI, it's a Honda Pilot 2017) back I'm super happy.
