I understand that it can be difficult dealing with people on a daily basis but the lady up front in the office seems to just hate everything and it shows with her customer service, and I am pretty sure but not positive that it is the same lady that answers the phone because she is just as rash and bad with customers. Other than that it is usually a very pleasant experience and all the workers in the yard are generally friendly and very helpful.

I agree with Levi Jones. The front desk lady ; The big older lady with all the jewelry is extremely rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to her to explain to me what I need to do and what she needed from me. It was my first time there and had no idea what I needed to do.

Weighed my copper before I went in. 20.3 lbs… only got money for 18 lbs. So I suggest taking your scrap elsewhere..
