They broke my trailer! They told me to get out of the way and used a big machine to empty my trailer. The guy was very rough and flexed my walls apart to the point my gate wouldn’t close. While they tried to flex them back in place, the trailer broke. The owner told me they couldn’t do anything about it. My trailer is how I make money, and now it’s not safe to use until it’s fixed. Not only will it cost me to repair, it will cause me to lose out on a lot of money not being able to work.

I’ve used this place many times mainly out of convenience of being located the closest to me. They’re prices have been a ripoff for a while now, but after seeing their horrible customer service and lack of concern after damaging a customer’s property and not caring to resolve it, this place doesn’t deserve anyones business. I’m currently searching for a lawyer to handle this matter.

This place deserves 20 stars. Experience for yourself. Whoever is charge deserves a raise. They know how to do business with the public. Every employee that I came in contact with was on point. Y'all need to pat yourself on the back and brush your shoulders off. I love ASM. #Respect. They help put food on the table so I don't have nothing but respect for ASM. And you got something to say about it you'd better keep it to yourself.
