I give this place 5 stars for the prices and availability, 2 on the customer service. When you walk in the front door, stand in line if there is one, an employee will call to a window when they are ready for you. Once they find everything you need, they send a slip to the printer which is next to the cashier off to the right. I went up to the cashier, he's an older gentlemen, he didn't really greet me, he just mumbled my make and model while looking at the paper that printed. He also wears a bluetooth earpiece which I feel is poor customer service. He needs to be 100% attentive to his customers not half customer service, half listening to the game.

Once I paid, the cashier gave me the receipt, again without saying anything further to me but I gathered that the big order number at the top of the ticket would eventually be called out when my parts come to the front. My number was called, a different employee checked my ticket and gave me my parts. It was all pretty simple but it's obvious good customer service isn't pushed at this store.

The clientele are Spanish speakers, I observed the counter employees speaking English so everyone is welcome here. I saved about $100 total on inner fender liners over dealer cost so I can't complain, that's most important to me.

They way I found out about this place was by calling a jonkyard and couldn't find the parts I was looking for. They told me to go here that they have a huge inventory. So I called and bingo. They had almost 90% of the parts I needed to fixed the entire front end of my tacoma 2003. They have about 8 tables of reps behind the counter helping you with your order. The nice thing they have is a huge screen TV you yourleft on the wall as you are facing the reps. You tell them the part you look for the display it on the big screen, then you determine if that is the part you are looking for. You then pay at the register and then they go to the back and bring you your parts. I ordered a los of part to fix my truck and all of the parts came wrapped up very well I may say. Good job to them. You do have to inspect them before you leave to make sure the parts aren't damaged. Anything can happen right. But they do have a sign that says that because they do have a somewhat strict policy. But hey. From now, this will the first place I would go to whenever I need some aftermarket parts. By they way, all the parts I bought were undamaged and fit perfectly on the truck.

If you do decide to come here make sure you open everything then and there in front of everyone even when completely crammed and no space because you WILL be given wrong parts and BROKEN parts with no type of refund. SAVE YOUR BOXES. Came in needing a total of 10 parts, entire front end and whatnot. Out of those 10 only 6 pieces were for the right car/model, they decided to give me both LEFT headlights AND different models at that. I received NO CASH REFUNED or store credit and i wasnt able to return it for another one. Spent 2k just to be left with wrong parts, previously used parts, broken reservoir tank, all with no returns.

A close friend both some part,paid in full but had to return and was refused to get his money back. The employed totally refused to return the money back even with the receipt but offer credit to the store. My friend was not interested for a credit but since he paid cash,the employee returned $35
back from $48 total he paid.
That's not a business ethic,just wonder because he was a Mexican !!!!
