Called 7/5 to see about getting a car junked, no answer. 20min later Chuck called back saying they were closed for the holiday, would come by the next day to look at the car since we’re less than 0.5mi away

Gets to be 2pm next day, no word. So I call – Chuck says “well I’m busy until 5p so I’ll come out after that, don’t give up on me”

I wait, nobody comes. I wait another 2 days, no contact. I text again to set up a time to have the vehicle looked at, no word

Looking at these other reviews, seems that Chuck has a history of being unreliable. I’d advise anyone else to avoid wasting your time and contact someone else to junk a car
