My Kia Optima Hybrid was bought in 04-May-2022. It was shipped in Jule and arrived in September. I bought also cargo insurance for safe. Company send photos from warehouse and when cargo(car) arrived, from port of destination. Here is a beginning of my disappointing. I saw that front bumper, rear wheel cover is missing, also scratches on the roof. I contacted the company, asked about insurance. From Autobidmaster repley was that the(insurance) do not cover damaged parts, but car was also damaged and if car lost insurance would cover it?!(fake insurance). Repair cost for damaged front bumper is max. 150$, now I payed 550$ for used OEM bumper, 100$ for recovering scratches and 50$ for rear wheel cover.
I will never choose again Autobidmaster.

I loved the ease of bidding and the opportunity to place larger bids with a broker I used Auto Bid Masters to also ship my vehicle to me. That has been not a good experience so far but I know that Auto Bid Master is reputable and I will receive my vehicle soon.

This company is fraudulent, they have a lot of hidden charges. As soon as they realize that your shipment has reach it’s destination, they will hold your shipment and tell you to pay the hidden charges which was not part of the initial charge before they release your goods. I had a very bad experience with my vehicle. And they kept my vehicle for close to 6 months before they ship. They cost me a lot of money. If you want your peace, don’t use them.
