Tanner, Miles, and Billy provided proper customer service during a system failure on auto-zones transaction software. They did the best they could and I left a satisfied customer.

I had bought a grease gun from this store to grease my freshly replaced tie rod ends and sway bar links (purchased on rockauto). I went to grease the first zerk with the new gun and the coupler on the grease gun attached itself to the zerk and would not release it. The connection was so strong that it ripped the zerk out of the sway bar link ripping out the threads and ruining the link. I couldn't even get the zerk out of the grease gun with vise-grip pliers.
So I took the grease gun down to the store I bought it at and talked to the store manager (Dan). He took some pliers and vise-grips to it and still couldn't get it out. I obviously still needed a grease gun and I also requested that he replace the sway bar link. He replaced the sway bar link (free of charge) and returned the grease gun and the tube that was loaded in it. I spent a little more to get an upgraded grease gun with an adjustable coupler. I had forgotten my debit card but I did have a merchandise card from a previous return. Low and behold I was like 3 dollars short and told him I needed to run to the house to get my card. Instead of making me go all the way back home, he discounted the product and let me walk away with all my things. Excellent customer service and I really appreciate him righting the wrong that wasn't necessarily autozone's fault. I blame the manufacturer of the grease gun for the faulty coupler but Dan truly was THE MAN and hooked me up. Thank you Dan! Best experience I've had so far!

Awesome location, great team too. Tanner gave me very detailed instructions and helped me troubleshoot what was acting up on the Elantra (my O2 filter system) after I brought the code reader back in.
Then he sold me the last bottle of this stuff and told me how to fix it! Thanks man 🙂
