I called Bannon & Son because I thought I needed a new alternator because I had tried to jump my car but it still wouldn’t start. But Bruce suggested jumping the car one more time and sure enough he was right! It started and I went to have the battery tested which indicated I did need a new battery. I appreciated the fact that his suggestion saved me time and money. He even followed up with me the next day to see if I needed a tow! Not that many companies around anymore that go the extra mile for people! Well done Bruce!!

I have never needed a tow, so i was a first timer. Bruce's wife walked me through every detail & was VERY nice & helpful about everything! She told me what time he would go get my car & he was at my home right after! Bruce was very prompt and professional! VERY HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS COMPANY!!! I know who i will call if i ever get stranded again! Also, this was during a storm!
