Was out of my area and hit something in the road and blew a tire. My tire had locking lug nuts and I called Blue Hill to come help. The dispatch was friendly and accurate on ETA. They sent Nick who showed up in 30 minutes and got right to work. Went above and beyond to help load the blown tire in the back of the SUV. Appreciate you guys! I know it was hot and a Saturday but you showed up anyway and one a great service!
James was my tow truck driver. He made the experience very pleasant. He walked me through all of the steps I needed to take after my accident and took very good care of my car while loading and unloading.
I do not remember the ladies name I spoke to on the phone but she was awesome as well. Wish I could give them 10 stars. They deserve it!

They came out to tow my truck to Frightliner in Little Rock. They took care of my truck and the main driver was training a new driver. Boy were they good. I have over 30 years driving and have never seen another driver take the time to teach another driver how to care for other drivers by taking care of the drivers truck and the things he leaves inside. I just hope that this company that these two young men work for will totally recognize these two. 99.9% of the time we as drivers know that the ones who actually do the hands on work are the last to know.
James Works was wonderful! He arrived quickly, was very friendly, offered us cold water on a warm day and got our tire changed in no time! Would definitely recommend! Thank you James!
