First and last time using Bucks 4×4. Have some Amp power steps that were under warranty and not retracting. Made the appointment and no mention of a charge for labor. I have no problem paying a reasonable labor rate to fix the issue but unfortunately after they cleaned the steps and sprayed it with some WD40 (which apparently took 2 hours) it’s no better than it was when I took it in. I would have been better off giving my $230 to the guy with the cardboard sign on the corner.
