I needed front and rear wiper blades for my car and, coincidentally, a battery for my riding lawnmower. I called about the wiper blades and Kathy informed me that she had what I needed.
After hanging up, I remembered that I wanted to also buy the mower battery at the same place as the wiper blades, if possible, so I called right back to ask if the store happens to also carry riding mower batteries and was told by Kathy that they did.
I stopped for both purchases at the NLR store and, when it was my turn, Kathy helped with all purchases. She chose the brand of wiper blades that I had already seen on-line were a good quality.
As I was picking up the three blades and my battery off the counter, Kathy asked if the car (for which I bought the blades) was outside. I said, yes, and she asked the man behind the counter if he would help me. I will have help installing the blades this Saturday and told her so, thanked them and left.
I recommend this North Little Rock Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store.

Let’s start off by saying I’ve never actually shopped at this location. You ask “why did I give 3 stars if I’ve never shopped there?”. Well I’ll tell you.
First, I always hope that people will always do what’s right and help each other. Customer service is important to me and that’s the main driving reason as to why I do reviews. I would hope that at any business, if an employee sees that a customer needs helps; that a good employee would care enough to try and at least offer some help. First impressions are very important in customer service. Here’s what happened.
I get a phone call from a family member that’s has had a tire blow out on their truck. They have managed to pull over into the parking lot of this particular business. The family member needed a larger jack to lift the truck up to change out the blown tire. He had parked about 30 feet from the main entrance to this business. I find it hard to believe that someone in the building didn’t see a truck pull up with a trailer and park directly in front of the main entrance to the building. If I had a business, I would want my people to always be on the lookout for potential customers, and always offer assistance. Unfortunately, no one ever noticed the truck and trailer parked out front by the building. No one ever came out to see if they could help. I would have thought that someone would have noticed, there were other vehicles parked in the parking spots, so I know the business was open. Maybe my expectations of good customer service is a little too high.
My family member was parked there at least 25 mins, but no one ever came out to at least ask if they needed any help. Luckily I was only 15 mins away. I brought may floor jack and other items to help change out the bad tire. It only took us about 20 mins to change it out, but yet no one ever came out to at least check on us. It was a cold day (31 F, and really windy (wind chill in the 20’s)). We had or tools scattered all around us, and we were laying down looking under truck; so surely someone say us laying down, truck jacked up, and our tools around us? Nope, and if someone did see us, they just kept going about their business and ignored us.
It is disappointing that no one came out to offer help. Considering how important first impressions are, this wasn’t a good first impressions. To be honest, just going off from this one experience, I won’t ever shop at this business. Just like that, this business lost two
Potential future customers.

Great man put oil in the motor for me. I paid him more than it cost and said keep the rest as a gratuity and he still brought the change back out to the car. I had to insist that he take my gratuity.
They were all humble respectful and right on target for my needs.
Good southern manners!

I had a tire blow out just before the exit. They werw awesome and helped me change my tire as I found out that someone had stolen my tire iron from the back of my car and my jack had gone bad.
