Horrible company! They tried to lie to
ME and my husband who was employed there. I spoke to HR today, she first started the lie by saying on my husbands first dayhe didn’t show when I’m the one who dropped him off only to have to come back bc he was told “the person who was training him was not there and to come back the next day” which he did ! My husband missed 2 days and turned in his Dr. notes to his supervisor Daniel. Thankfully I took pictures of the doctors notes incase shady stuff like this happened. Which after speaking to HR this morning, it was brought to our attention that Daniel never turned in the paperwork NOR did he tell HR that he gave my husband permission to leave work early one Friday when I was on speaker and heard my husband ask Daniel and his reply was “we understand when ppl have family emergencies go be with ur mom” The biggest laugh is they let my husband go according to HR for “attendance but mainly due to job performance and he was on a 7 day trial” if that’s the case or if this were true…why did my husband last longer then 7 days..he lasted almost a month! Plz make that make sense HR! Now the saddest part is that when my husband was supposed to get paid on Tuesday he had to patiently wait until Friday to get paid, just to go to 4 different check cashing companies and be told by PLS, Walmart, Western Union, and another check cashing place that NON of these check cashing companies would cash his payroll check due to C&Y global being in debt and owing them money. Now mind you this is a company that makes hundreds of thousands dollars a day and yet they’re in debt to check cashing companies! Basically if you’re NOT illegal or you’re not 100% fluent in Spanish they will lie and find any reason to fire you as they did my husband. They could not stand the fact that a legal white man could do circles around them and did his job 10 times better then they could. Also he was hired by Karlie to be a forklift operator yet the entire month he worked there he was on a forklift less than two hours for the month, they literally had him doing general labor which was NOT the position he applied for. HR claims they’re so big on attendance yet my husband had a coworker who literally did not call in Wednesday or Thursday of last week which is a “no call, no show” and went home early on Friday of last week had still has his job today on July 11, 2022. Also this company contracted COVID and HR told me that she did not have to release the names of the people who contracted Covid which is understandable, BUT it’s still her job to let the other employees know that employees have contracted Covid and she failed to do that. They had my husband working while he himself was feeling horrible and NEVER once did HR or a supervisor tell him that most of the office as well as the workers in the yard had COVID, instead he was told by coworkers!!!! Again a horrible company from the lying supervisor Daniel up to the horrible HR lady who had covid herself. Then when I brought to HR‘s attention that my husband had doctors notes then she started nitpicking and saying “oh he was one minute late he arrived at 8:01 am, one morning at 8:04 am”, but yet there were several times that I dropped my husband off and there were employees who clocked in after him and again they still have their job. They definitely show favoritism and are racist except towards their own. That’s sad bc I’m a Mexican American myself…this speaking only Spanish in america needs to END. Learn English since that’s the chosen language in America! Again HR if it’s job performance and/or attendance why did he last longer then “your 7 day trial run” let’s see if we get a response back! Also FYI any positive comment that you see on here that has an Asian name is someone that’s employed by the company or has ownership of the company. Don’t believe the false reviews left by Asians…now i said the truth and it is what it is!
