This is a great place to upgrade to a newer vehicle. They are a 1 stop shop as they buy your old car and you can apply the credit to a new one. They also offer financing of course. The staff are super friendly and are not pushy in the least bit. You can check out the inventory or walk the lot to see what is available. The best part is they will transfer inventory to different stores across the country based on your needs. We have bought 2 vehicles thru carmax and plan on using them in the future.
Incredible experience. Everything went exactly as promised, which is rare. We were treated great, Mario was super transparent and straightforward, and we were given what the online estimate had said. No question I'd deal with Carmax again, and have already told several co-workers and friends how good the experience was. Nicely done folks, not many people ever say “Hey, if you want a good experience at a car dealership visit this one” but that's exactly what I said. Who knew buying or selling a car didn't have to be less fun than a dentist visit? Apparently you guys, so truly, nicely done.
This was my first time ever working with CarMax and I am still extremely happy with my decision to sell my previous car and buy a new car with them! Dalton, Cindy & Brian were exceptional to work with. I had to come back to finish things up as my deal was a little complicated. Dalton who I originally started with was tied up with another customer and Cindy was quick to get me the help I needed which was Brian. Brian was sure to double check my trade in making sure I didn’t forget anything (which I did of course) and got everything I missed for me. Brian was thorough with his paperwork and I feel confident that he had my interests in mind. Dalton started off my adventure today and was nothing but helpful as I felt all of my concerns were addressed and wasn’t given a run around. He provided me with realistic expectations and gave me the information I needed to ensure we get this done right. Dalton was sure to greet me as soon as I walked through the doors and had me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Cindy provided the leadership needed to ensure that I was taken care of and helped Dalton & Brian with my complicated mess.
