I've been hauling to them since approx. 1996. Because my wife and I own and operate a daycare, I have to take in most loads on weekends. On 03 – 19 – 22, I drove from Elmwood to Kewanee to cernovich's with a 3 ton load. They happen to be closed that day for emergency training which I understood. So I had to take it in somewhere else because I needed to use my trailer. Well I took a load in to cernovich's on 05 25 -22. The 1 that unloads people told me that if I was going to take scrap to their competitors, then they don't want my business. So much for good customer service. But what ever.! I have other things to do. I couldn't wait till the following weekend to take it in. I needed it empty that day. I messaged that guy though on 03 – 19 -22 and told him what I had to do because they were closed. But whatever! Life don't revolve around 1 person or business.
