Took my truck in for a dead battery on a Thursday, didn’t receive a call on Friday about the status of the battery, after calling in and getting the run around I was finally able to speak to the guy that was in charge of my case and said they ordered the battery it was bad and they would not get it over the weekend. Waited for a call on Monday and got nothing, I had to call in again and get the status of my truck, finally when I got it back it was ridiculous how dirty it was. Customer service here for me was not good. I’m supposed to go back in for a part they ordered because it’s gonna take over a month to get and I’m not going to bring my business here.

Service. I call to make an appointment and they make an appointment. Then I drop off my truck they didn't get to checking it for over a week. Then they told me they updated my software and cleared all the codes. I take the truck out towing my trailer the engine like comes back on. So, I call again, and make an appointment. I asked the person I talked to make sure they can get to my truck otherwise set me an appointment when they can. Guest what, the truck has been there two days and I call. I am told we are busy haven't be able to get to your truck. Here I go again. How hard can it be to see the service backlog and tell me when a good time is to bring in my truck?

Why not allow a Owner of CDJR to schedule an appointment without a VIN no. when I arrive they would confirm the last digits or write the entire no. A policy that should be changed.
I realize all Dealers may have different policies regarding but FICA (I maybe incorrect on the Corp. name) which speaks of stands by GREAT! Customer service.
