I had left my phone on the little table while filling out the paperwork, the guy who was taking my information saw it and put it back In the office for me until my husband was able to go get it, a lifesaver indeed! Not sure why they wont publicly post their current scrap prices like other scrap yards do. I suspect it is because they pay under the current minimums. other than the payout being noticeably lower than surrounding scrap yards the people seemed pleasant and the whole experience was very quick. A little concerned that the scale for weighing out clean copper and brass and other metals had a bunch of trash crammed up underneath it so I feel that would surely affect the calibration of the scales. Other than that I would use them again if i was unable to make it to the batesville yard.
