Clemons chevrolet in Marshalltown has gotten my money for the last time, I've had bad experiences with them in the past, but for some reason thought it'd be better this time, and it wasn't. My alignment was supposed to be $79 and ended up being $180.22, they took 6 hours instead of the 2-3 i was told it would take, may or may not of put the wrong oil in my truck, according to the first ticket they gave me its the wrong oil. I talked to the owner and he didn't seem to care about anything, I'll take my business elsewhere

Grandparents bought a used car from here, drove it less than 400 miles (had it for 3 days) and 18 codes popped up. After some investigating, found the battery cable was unscrewed and corroded. 3 days later the speedometer and the tachometer stopped working. We have taken the car in 3 times now and have gotten no help whatsoever. The main salesman kept staring at me and looking me up and down, I will not recommend this place to anyone and I wish I could give them less than one star ♀️

They do good work! I always take my Traverse here because I bought it here and I haven't been disappointed, yet, in 3-4 years doing business with them!

So far not sure what to make of this place. First time customer. My car has been there 3 1/2 weeks and brakes still haven't been fixed. Does everyone's work take this long? Maybe that's typical for Marshalltown who knows.

Couldn’t find the problem with my car and weren’t listening to what we were saying was happening. Got charged 125 dollars to be told nothing wrong and sent home
