Darren has no customer service skills. Claims it's his Business and makes his own policies that he doesn't have to refund anything when he sent the wrong engine ! Even his associate Sergio admitted it!!

They were super helpful. I went in looking for a window for my van and had no idea what I was doing. They really went out of their way to get me the one and recommend a shop to help replace it. I will definitely be back.

Just called to ask questions for a part and the guy that answered was rude and hung up on me. I would hate to see how they are in person. If not helpfull on the phone how much help can he be in person.
