I grew up visiting junk yards and this place is totally different. Unlike other places this business is very welcoming, they have every mustang piece you might need, very knowledgeable and Bob, the owner, is super accommodating. Every time I drive there he goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. What a great person and what a cool business he runs. Always give him a call before you go.
I called to order a 2010 mustang AC compressor from them. They ended up sending me a piece of junk. My mechanic said it couldn't be used because it was all dented and not in good shape. I told them and they saw they will send the part that was missing. They then send an even worse one. I then told the guy that didn't work, he got mad and ask me to send it back for a refund which I did. After they received the parts, they issued $50 out of 150. When I followed up to ask why, they said restocking fees. So I asked, restocking fees for a defective part you sent me? They were very rude to me and then blocked my number. Be careful when you do business with them. They're criminals in clean clothes.
Called in for some door panels I saw in stock on car parts.com. The lady said they would get back to me with pictures. They never send them or called back. I called next day and the guy said I’ll get back to you in 10 minutes. Never heard back again. Worst customer service I’ve had.
These guys are highway robbers. They don’t accept cards. Tow truck driver is rude and thinks he can do what ever he likes. They like to play games and not listen to the customer where they want the car.
called for seats fort 1999 ford mustang talked to too different guys was sent pics of seats worked out price called a couple days later lady anwser and says she will send pic of seat this is were it changes she sends me a pic of junk seat says thats the one they want to sell me i send her pics of yhe seats we agreed on and she says no way she wants 200n more with a attitude i said thanks anyway and have a good day breware of this place they are a rip off if thats what you beliveve he clearly agreed on text we had agreement thats ok good luck to you i understood perftly dont put your mistake on me and you need not reply thanks
