Had a major problem with a lot I won and the only option was reaching out to the manager via email explaining the whole situation. Within 2 minutes (!!!) I received a reply with Brian, the manager, letting me know that he reviewed the case in my favor. No questions asked. What a legend! Now this is the kind of attitude any Copart branch and employee should exercise, just as we, buyers, are always understanding and treat mistakes made by auctions with acceptance.

Of the many Coparts I’ve been to, this one knows how to take care of customers. They truly represent their mission statement and core values. I hope the organization knows how well Diane & Lindsay represent them! I am a woman-owned dealership and want to say, “Well done ladies!”

Fees fees fees fees, but all other auctions are dying, dead or bought out by these guys, so you can't complain about anything. Springfield site has a nice staff though and can work with you which is nicer than other sites.
This particular site is better about it, but sometimes the info on the website is incorrect (turns out it doesn't run/drive or there's more damage), but all sales are final.

I was picking up a car after winning the auction. Paid for the car at Hartford ( Christian lane) location and after we're done I was told that the pickup would be from the Granby location. When arrived at the Granby location they said that there is a new system which we have to follow. By downloading a scheduling app and book a pickup time which obviously not the same day or even in 24 hrs later just to charge you extra storage fee of $35++/day. The app had a glitch and wasn't available and no phone # to contact. Spoke to one of customer service agent who listen to what I explained to her and rather than trying to help she said “IF YOU CONTINUE BEING RUDE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU” another agent jumped in to help and while she's trying to explain that it might be a problem with the app she received a call and answered without even excusing her self. Bottom line this location is the worst unprofessional customer service you can deal with. So be careful.
