We needed to replace the transmission in our 1988 Toyota Camry. Since these are no longer available new, we went online to find a salvaged or rebuilt and found County Auto Salvage LLC.
Rather than just saying they had one, Tim asked very specific questions about the car to ensure the part was correct. Fortunately, we still had all the original paperwork for the car and were able to answer all of his questions.
The price was reasonable and County Auto Salvage LLC shipped the part to our mechanic quickly (in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday). After installation, the car drives better than it did before!

Dishonest, would never use again. Ordered a motor, was told by Justin it had 71k, was running and tested. Arrived at my shop, ran a Carfax on it. Had at least 128,5xx miles on it and was not recently run and needs to be rebuilt. Due to it being a hard motor to get, I asked for a partial refund because it needs to be rebuilt. They would not refund anything. Nothing worse than a liar. I tried to negotiate the price lower since it was basically a block that needed to be rebuilt. They would not. Attached are the photos of it when my mechanic took it apart to rebuild.

I used County Auto Salvage on two occasions recently. They were great to work with and I was happy not to have to search for my parts on my own. They took that work out of it for me. Their network of salvage yards found the parts I needed in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

I called and ordered a part that I needed as soon as I could get it. They said it would be maybe 4 or 5 days to get it. 9 days later I call looking for my essential part and they say they haven’t even shipped it because the one they had was broke but they were trying to get another one. They never told me any of this and after my call they promised to call back with an update and said the owner would call me but they lied about that and just blew me off. I would not trust this outfit for anything. Terrible business ethics and treatment of the customer
