Starting to get a bad feeling already. First day contact was told someone would call me back in a few minutes….. no call till next afternoon. Next call was told they would email me all the information to get registered right away…. two days later…. still waiting. I have a business to run separately from my refining business, and tardiness just doesn't seem very professional to me. If they cannot do better I am back with my current refiner who has always been punctual, although farther away.
