they had a part for my truck that I needed, they had it available same day for a few dollars cheaper than online. They do have a strict return policy so make sure the item you are getting will fit your vehicle before you purchase. Some employees have better custumers service skills than others but it's a junk yard not a 5 star restaurants so it is what it is. Over all I'm happy with my purchase
