My husband and I went here on Saturday when we pulled up on the scale the lady said that we had to leave because it will take more than 10 minutes. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, which I did. The supervisor said that I can go on the scale and when I did the lady walk away because she knew that she was wrong for what she did, plus she was rude àbout the whole thing. We did unload the truck in 8 minute. EMR lost a daily customer because we will not go back there again.

I’ve been there a couple times,never had an issue loading. The lot is very small with stuff everywhere. entrance and exit is tight so open up wide. Not impossible to find overnight parking in the area.
