First time at EMR with employees and other customers alike were so friendly to help me navigate the property grounds, facilities, and assist in the quick access of the tub forklifted to the back of my truck. Thanks to EMR taking my cans I can't get that done at KNK anymore.
I've had good experiences on most occasions but bad ones on a few, where i was charged extra for tare weight and shorted a lot on weight for copper and brass. Make sure you look at the weight and your receipt unless you want to get shorted for all your hard work.

I give them 3.75 stars hadn't been there in a while could have been more helpful with what to do and where to go in other words better instructions and the process price paid is comparable to other sources
I have been going to EMR Scrappy's for about 10 years now, I've found that Scrappys is the better choice than their nearby competitors. They even take ferris metals! (magnetic – ie steel, iron)
You will need 500lbs or more to get paid for your ferris scap and no minimum required on non Ferris (ie aluminum, copper, brass)
Top dollar paid out for your scrap without the hassles you will tend with other nearby yards. I highly recommend Scrappys!
