Been going to him and his son for years. They always have what I need
Friendly service and it the only place that had the part we needed. A bit pricey but it was worth it not to make a trip to Evansville
Our brakes went out on a truck we own while our daughter was driving it. She parked the truck at a business place Went in and spoke with the business owner and he said it was fine to leave it there He ended up calling a tow truck to pick it up ( which is fine). The business owner could not remember who he called, but said he had a card somewhere. He could not locate the card, but told us that the guy driving the tow truck was a regular customer. He said when he cane in he would get the info and let me know. Several days later he called me with the info and said it was Falloways. Called and spoke with Falliways Told him what happened and he said it would cost to pick it up. Ask him how much and he said 100 dollars. Called back later to let him know it would be Thursday He said that was fine. Ask him again the price to be sure, and he said 100 dollars. He ask what we were going to do with be truck told him we had sold it to a guy for junk He ask how much ( thought maybe he was wanting it ) told him 300 His response was that since that’s what you are doing with it. He can just give me the 300 and get it When confronted with what he had said the price was to pick it up earlier he hung up the phone. Called back a second time to speak with him and he was dishonest and hung up the phone again.
Every single time you call and ask for anything he always is in such a hurry to get off the phone so he says he never has anything even before you can say what your looking for
I stopped in here and was looking for a certain part for my car. Mr. Falloway by the way is super nice man, didn't have what I was looking for. However he offered to keep an eye out for it and give me a call if he come across one. Not everyone takes that extra step.
