After nearly ten years of bringing cans here for recycling with no issues now all of a sudden they won't take any cans with labels. Seven full big bags of cans rejected because of labels. They always took them before, now they won't. So no more recycling for me, seven big garbage bags full of cans out at the curb for garbage pickup. Months of washing them out and putting them aside for recycling was just wasted water and time. Not cool guys, not cool.

Do your homework before taking material to this scrap yard. I have been over seven different times. I am not a scrapper, but when I have garbage I prefer to recycle. I've taken some materials that are highly sought after, but I have noticed that as many times as I've gone this yard EVERY time makes a point to offer you stock/mixed metal prices. Again, do your homework.

They picked up about 1000# of aluminum, plus some brass. They said they would double check weight and mail a check. Months later a call and they deny ever being here. These are the type of people that you mother warned you about. I would have given zero stars, but it doesn't accept the review.

went here with $100.00 worth of disassembled ac units and was horribly ripped off. I brought 119 pounds of ac compressors here was given tin price. the weigher in metal shop attempted to pass off 5 pounds of copper as aluminum cans which I had to point out. my receipt is all scribbled correcting their errors which I had to point out. I never had a problem with this place until today. they need to get rid of the gentleman working the metal shop. he is ripping customers off probably to put money in his own pocket. Weitmans is no better on keyser ave. left them because of the same reason. Got to find a new scrap yard. What ever happened to honesty. I am a daily scrapper and these guys just lost my business. I been doing this a long time and know what to expect. was given $52.00 for scrap that I should have gotten $110.00 for. BEWARE!!!!!!!
