I called early Saturday morning after seeing one of their trucks driving by. The guy said yes we can pick up your stuff today. Text him the address… 5 hours later won't answer my calls nor my text. Called once and text twice so not too harass…If bikes weren't worth picking up I'd prefer to be told THAT than ignored.
Called about 9AM to schedule a pickup. He said he could be there at 1PM. I figured that gave me time to run some errands, so I left the house. About 10AM my phone rings. He's at the house wondering where I am. I say “I wasn't expecting you until 1PM”. He hung up on me and didn't return any calls or messages. And his truck leaked oil on my driveway. NOT impressed.
He was great. He did have to change the time he was coming, but we were able to clearly communicate via text.
Incredibly helpful! They were at my house with 35 minutes and grabbed every piece of metal I had to offer, even a large metal box that was stuck in my rafters. So grateful they were able to come in such short notice!
Same day pick up. It was fast and easy. They loaded all my junk and that was that. As stated by another reviewer you are able to text them.
