Slamming a catalytic converter against a chunk of steel in an effort to break the catalyst to look at to give a quote is just a bad business practice in my opinion.
The owner who started the business was knowledgeable but it seems the staff working when I go are poorly trained and ill equipped to handle day to day operations.

Spend three days separating brass from yellow to irony to get told it's all irony brass which it wasn't I feel cheated and will tell all the plumbing community I work with to be very leery if not just go to the other place in town
