Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Edward provided excellent customer service. It was straightforward; they weighed the scrap metal I had and provided me a check. Would definitely return in the future if I have more scrap metal
I gave you another chance. I like the new attitude and helpfulness. This is not personal.
I just cannot abide being ripped off. 5 Fully scrapped kitchen stoves: no glass nor plastic, pure steel: $0.06 a pound! $30 total!
I got $30 per scrapped out refrigerator as SA Recycling!
I won't be back!
These clowns ripped me off. I dropped of a dryer, and other metals…. Got less than $10 for my stuff. Just go elsewhere. Unless money isn’t an issue to you.
If you're into short love stories …. perhaps you just favor the electric shaver over lathering and blades , or you're not very fond of flipping the newspapers 》》Than skip this review!!

-My first interaction was with Thomas. He Responded timely to my inquisitive email, answered promptly and patiently all my calls and novice questions. He is very business and won't cut me a deal. Hey is maid in the summer and he's good for the company's bottom line.
Thomas 4 out of 5 stars . one star off for no deals, even though he excused it politely.
– EDWARD is a crew member, that takes time with people. He gave me very strategic advice, so to gain experience and few extra Jacksons.
He came back checked on me and never rushed me or anyone that I've noticed interacting with.
**Even though this is a fast paced, noisy place w/ things shifting constantly, was able to dismantle a few things on site. But would not recommend anyone that. And yeah wear a safety vest ,boots and ask where to park .
-Closing time,was not finished, yet these crew allowed time for me to wrap up. S…stuff. Again never rushed or yelled at by anybody.

The scrap is constantly cleared, loading dollie carts available, things are organized and Ford didn't get nails in its rubbers

Prices vs others …well i haven't been to others yet. However if you want the Grants and Benjamins , you have to separate metal, and Diverse mother boards, electronics pcb ic ,etc…
First time here… If you don't know what to do when you arrive, stop at the window and ask. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why there are reviews complaining on here. Plus, you get to watch a big claw destroy stuff while you wait.
