Great interaction with Arlene over the phone and the driver who picked up my car (Stacey). He was prompt, kept in great communication to know when he would be arriving, and was patient when my car had some challenges. Definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of a car that’s been taking up driveway space like mine was.
GC's was very professional. The young woman I spoke to on the phone was very sweet. The tow truck driver was patient because the raggidy car that I sold to them was giving him problems getting on the flatbed but he worked it out. I will definitely do business with them again. My driver, Stacy, was quick and very polite. Office staff was also awesome, professional and easy to communicate with over the phone. They were able to schedule the pick up for the morning after I called, and definitely made it a stress free process!
