Was hesitant to come here after reading a Few bad reviews but because of time restraints i ended up going anyway. My god was I absolutely shocked with the amazing customer service! A gentleman named Nick helped us thru every part of the process with tons of patience as i had never done this before. Not only that but I showed up close to their closing and he totally was still super nice. Nick has an awesome attitude and is extremely helpful!!
If my job was to ever send me back to this place I will $110% decline to pick up any load from here. I got here at 10:58 I'm just now about to leave about 2:00 once I get my paperwork. This little strip is super duper busy I'll never pick up here again
Would ABSOLUTELY decline any loads picking up from here again. I have been to numerous scrap metal facilities and NEVER has it taking over 5 hrs to get loaded. It's usually a quick process, but not here. If you're a truck driver, make sure you have enough time on your clock, because you just may run out of hours here. HORRIBLE experience here. Wouldn't recommend for truckers. Oh and a hideous check in process….
One of the most unprofessional business' I've ever dealt with. Management is beyond unprofessional, allows racial slurs, and is not LGBTQ friendly. I have had to file a complaint with OSHA and the EEOC, since my issues were not resolved in a professional manner.
These people let their drivers create unsafe conditions on the no-pass road in front of their business. If you witness it, please call the police and report it to OSHA (via their website) so the company will face fines and legal penalties and their willful and open disregard for public safety will hopefully cease. I have attached a photo of this company breaking the law and completely disregarding the safety of the public. Because of their truck illegally parked in the road (with hazard lights on so they knew they were creating a public hazard), a school bus behind me was forced to dangerously pass it in the no-passing zone, since there was no space to turn around. This company has a disgusting level of disrespect for their community. Take your business elsewhere.
