Went to get a rear left corner tail light. The trunk must be opened to get the tail light out. I let the cashier know this, and the cashier stated a key should be in it if not, “she shook her head like, if not I don't know”. Well the key wasn't in it, so I came back up and it was 5 workers were sitting there chatting at the desk. 2 girls (cashiers), 3 guys…I said is their any way to get in the trunk? there is no key, A cashier said you gotta pop it, I said how do I do that?…she then asked who I believe was a “supervisor” “how does he pop a trunk…and he replied “well the best way he can”…I'm looking like really. All those workers including him and no one offered to go out and help, or nothing. They all just continued to chat like oh well…so I walked out they said nothing..I came back in with my my jump box to try to give the car enough power to open the trunk using the button inside the car but it didn't work so I walked back up and left, no one acknowledged me..or said nothing …I walked right passed them and out the door. I have an older Lexus es 300 (2001) but it runs good so junk yard parts are a way to keep it going without breaking the bank, but if they don't care about customers, I will spend my money elsewhere. I would have paid extra for them to remove it, but it wasn't even suggested, so either they don't do it, or cared if I got the part or not, which is more than likely the case. But that's fine, ill go somewhere else, and will never ever return to that place again! Thank you GW U-Pull it for wasting my time, gas, and providing poor service… ‍♂

They have a bunch of stuff and it's good for most parts but some things are ridiculous like charging separately for the center caps that were specifically made for those rims or the idea of a core charge on used rims. I don't understand how somewhere that sells used car parts thinks they should be paid for the used part and then require more money from you unless you bring them back your used car part to give to them for free so they can turn around and sell it as a used part or sell it for scrap metal. It just doesn't make sense even with the faq on the web page that they say it's about recycling.
