Asked what the return policy was. Guy just said “30 days”. Picked the part off the car, took it home, discovered it was internally damaged. Brought it back. Guy said “store credit only” and pointed to a sign in the window (there are about 50 signs all over this place — impossible to read them all, and he never said anything about that when I asked for the policy). They don't have another part that would fit. I'm out $200 because of this misleading behavior. They don't want to do the right thing; they just want to take your money.

Like to give less than one star but there is no way too ,,,we got a engine from these guys, they stated that it has 62k and NO way after pulling the valve cover, like it has 200k a lot oil sludge build up for a 62k engine. What out for their used motors not good business after setting up the deal on getting engine shipped to California they wanted a credit card until the day before they wanted a wire transfer.

I purchased parts from Holland in the past and had a good experience but recently I had to go there three times and call daily for an entire week to only tell me that they can't find the parts that I've already paid for… this was after their website showed that they have 2 of the parts that I was looking for… whats worse their website still shows that they have the parts. STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME.
