I own a restomod shop and also do some repairs for a small customer base that I've had for well over 20 years, engine and trans overhauling etc. I usually get parts here because I like to support local and Idaho businesses. But I'm getting increasingly annoyed by one of the counter people. He's abrasive and sarcastic, and recently sent a part back out of a large order when I specifically told him I was going to pick it up, this caused a two day delay for my customer.

I like the other guys that work there and they usually have what I need with fair prices, but I'm considering switching to an online supplier if they don't do some customer service training for this particular employee. I'm pretty sure they know who I'm talking about because my customer called management to file a complaint. Train him or get rid of him, he's making you lose customers.
