Do NOT order from this website. They do not respond to any phone number or email. The BBB gives them a rating of F. The listed owner of the business, shows to be deceased. Same owner name is under another RV parts website that has since been closed down. It's a fairly decent website layout, so you think it is legit, but just take the time to read the review on here, Yelp, BBB, & Facebook. Fighting to get my money back now.
Same story as everyone else. Do not order from inland RV. Placed an order 10 weeks ago and have emailed and called and there is no response. DO NOT ORDER. Going to have to dispute this with my bank.
Sadly I am in the same sinking RV as everyone else that orders from Inland RV…Ordered many months ago and got nothing but the runaround, had to dispute the charge with my bank, contacted the BBB, even went so far as to contact the Corona Police Dept. Buyers beware
Placed a $3000+ order in April 2021. Nine months later and still not a single item I ordered has arrived. Inland RV doesn't answer my phone calls or emails. Fortunately, I have an invoice and I'm going to try and dispute this charge with my bank. Wish I had read all the customer reviews on google, yelp, BBB, etc. before ordering from this company. The red flags were out there.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam. They will steal your money. I placed an order back in May 2021. After months of trying to contact them Michele finally got back to me and said the parts were no longer manufactured and that she would need to refund me the money. Months later and that has not happened. No response to my subsequent emails. I understand supply chain issues but I've been completely ghosted by this company. They do not accept phone calls and do not respond to emails or inquiries. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't respond to them either. They owe me over $700.
