The woman who works the scale is rude. She always has been. I've been there lots of times over the years so it's more than she is just having a bad day. I will never go back there again. If they don't want to deal with small quantities, they should put up a sign saying no pick-up truck loads. Instead, they treat you like you just walked into their living room.
Great working with them. I do a lot of business with them. To everyone giving Jordan bad reviews, here's the deal. They are a commercial recycling company. In other words they deal with bulk loads, not pickup truck loads or a few bags of cans. They are business to business and as far as that goes they are one of the best.
Jordan Scrap is the most capable scrap handling and demolition company you will find. These guys never fail to perform and are up to handling the most complex and demanding jobs.
These stars have nothing to do with the service of the company. This represents the performance of a male who works between the hours of 12-3 usually on a monday. I felt disrespect, and if I was a customer you would have lost money.
Very disrespectful employees, turned me away without a second thought. Excused with “we don't take 'that kind' of metal here” and didn't even see my load.
