Kind friendly folks, even though I showed up late in the afternoon the day after Thanksgiving and they was closed for the Holiday. There was the owner stopping by for a sec. and a roofer doing some repairs, she explained that her help was off and kindly allowed me to enter the yard and remove the part myself. Thanks for making my drive there count and I'll definitely be back!!
