Jason is a class act. I went today and bought a tire rim. I took the part for installation to fast auto repair in Largo and It turns out my car did not need a newer rim but a tire repair. Usually on used parts; all sales are Final. I called Jason and after explaining the situation he said no problem bring the part here for a full return of your money. Professional and honest businesses make a better community. Next time I need a part for my car I won't be using google. I'll know who to call. Thank you

Jason, the supposed owner, was very rude and unprofessional towards me.
I have been shopping with Langstons for over 20 years.
I called about a door glass.
Jason informed Morris that he was the 2nd choice.
Because I had some person break my door glass.
I was willing to have a new one ordered.
But I guess being disrespected over is common business practice with Jason.
I will never shop or refer anyone to Langstons ever.
I am also in the Auto Part Business .
This is a very sad situation.
I was under the impression that American run businesses strive to have loyal customers.
You blew this out of the park, Jason.
I will refer all of my business elsewhere.

Langstons had really great customer service. They had the part I needed and although I ended up not needing it after all they didn’t give me a hard time to return it. If you’re looking for used, reasonably priced parts this is the place to go!!
