I was given their number by my mechanic to order a part for my little brothers car and I spoke with someone named Bryan who repeatedly hung the phone up in my face. I would call back thinking maybe it was a bad connection but no just poor customer service. Very disappointed

Good Luck! We ordered a specialty transmission for our food truck from LQK. I've been trying to have the core picked up for well over a year! Call for yourself. Pour a cup of coffee and grab a snack… Be prepared to stay on hold for at least 45 minutes. If anyone answers they will probably hang up on you starting the vicious cycle all over. I was finally able to get a “Customer Service” person on the phone a few weeks ago. She advised me it had been too long and they can not pick up the core (BTW that means we will not receive credit for the core). You win LQK, I give up!
