It's ridiculous that you have to tell them that you don't want a warranty that is automatically added to the price of the part as well as having to pay for each item that is attached to the hood of the car including the bolt's that hold that part on and having to pay a core charge on top of that! Rip off!!
Yo dude, the workers i spoke with could barley maintain eye contact let alone hold a decent verbal exchange. I asked them multiple questions regarding common information and all they do was bare minimum. Terrible service. Rude manners.

It's OK but a bit over priced for used parts. Also the staff there isn't the friendliest bunch of people.
