They found a used rim for me in a few hours to replace the 1 damaged by a pothole. I had to call a few times and stay on them. I guess they were super busy. After arriving to pick up rim I had to wait 30min in the lobby, but they were friendly. They gave me a fair price.

Assured me they had the part I needed and were going to pull it for me to save me time and when I get there I had to wait over an hour for a part that takes 15min to install so imagine how fast it should be pulled and after waiting for the part for after an hour they still were not able to get it for me and were trying to assure me they will get it for me butthe mechanic kept telling them they cannot find the part so instead of telling me they cannot find it they were continuously telling me they were pulling it. So I had to leave because I can’t wait all day for one part when I have other things to do to run my business

Not good. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes and watched this long haired old dude ignore me and take about 100 calls in front of me. Then he finally said can I help you? I told him the part i needed he looked in his computer and after about another 10 minutes said we don’t have it. Said good luck finding it. Very rude. Never ever going back.
