Would not advise doing business with. My trailer was broken during being unloaded after asking nicely for compensation they promptly refused. Will do business elsewhere in the future. Good luck not getting a flat tire there.

Bad place to do business. They tried paying me as if my copper was brass because the brass fittings weren’t cut off and even though copper is at $2.63 they wanted to give me $1.10 and when I said no, give me my copper back they said, no! We are closed, come tomorrow and verbally attacked me and yelled profanities at me in front of my 2 year old baby boy and my baby boy son was so scared he started crying.

The 4 of the people in the office calmed down when I took out my phone and began recording them. I still have to go back tomorrow to figure this out. They have my copper.

I am in a wheelchair and the men in the yard have always taken great care in the removal of items from my van and handling the office work.

I did not get good service on my last visit to Newport Metals Inc . They put a hole in a brand new battery in the car that I was going to junk just to drive it there. I had asked to take it out myself, but the guy took off with the junk car, ripped out the battery and put it in the other car while I was checking out, hence ruining the trunk of my Maxima due to spilling battery acid. No compensation was given for the battery or the trunk.
