Talk about great customer service. This is the place. I used the chat feature on their website to look for a topper for my new truck. Unfortunately they did not have one. But…wait for it…Cal found a topper for me at a partners lot. He sent me pictures and made sure to verify size would fit my truck. Cal also answered my endless questions. Best part Cal saved me over $2000 by going the extra mile to provide me great service. I will use this extremely organized, customer first business everytime I need parts. Thank you Ryan at Nordstrom’s Auto for finding the exact door and mirror for my car! It was so easy! All I had were pictures and the VIN number and he matched the parts to the exact paint color I have. My car will new again and I saved a lot of money!
