Zero help with my vehicle the entire time I've owned it. They should have bought it back. Brand new in 2017. Transmission done at 43k and its out at 89k. Guess what it's not warrantied according to them. They turn their back on you and offer no help. 30 times in the dealership for major drive train problems. Sad a suburban that cost 70k can't make it 100k. With the amount of time and money I have lost on this car makes me sick. Government Motors should not have received a bail out. Stay clear of this place.

My wife and I bought 2 different Chevrolets from NuCar, the sales team and finance team were incredible to work with. No pressure and listened to what we needed/wanted. We've also continued to bring our vehicles for service and have had no complaints. Overall a great dealership with great people.

Sales rep great
Sales manager Chris rude! Chris threatened to have me hauled out of his store even after i told him i have Multiple Scerosis and asked him prior to our conversarion please dont upset me. I requested to speak to a higher manager because I was upset that at the last minute the deal changed at the end after 8hrs of sitting at this dealership with my family their and that was his response. I yelled “this is Bs I want a cooperate phone number.” After he threatened me I said “ur going to throw me out?” he stated “yea if I have to.” I said “thanks for throwing me into a MS attack from the stress”, and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Called cooperate and they were more focused on the deal and trying to explain WHY the deal went sour at the end and NOT how I was treated by their staff and how I sat their for 8hrs. I wound up getting a beautiful fully loaded limited edition 2016, with only 30,000miles Dodge Durango with extended 3yr full warranty for a better price and they honored my deal that Nucar rejected at the end.
