Bait and Switch company. Thieves. Avoid at all cost. Only one star because I cant show negative stars! Called around for best price on aluminum cans. $.49/lb to $.55/lb was price range. Omni Source had the $.55/lb price. Drove there told to dump in a hopper and it would be weighed in machine. 18 lbs total weight. Only paid $.47/lb. Went in office to complain and was told by RUDE employee that prices drop. I'm supposed to believe the price dropped $.08 in 30 minutes?
I showed up at 3: 51pm today, they said we stopped receiving at 10 till 4:00pm. First time I ever been there last time I'll ever go there. What a joke guess they don't want to make money
They have a new pay system
Lowest price and lazy staff. You have to do all from unload to inside. Even you have to put ur scrap on weight scale. They are so rude. I love Omnisource S.West street location. Very cooperative staff and better price. Same company but different price and customer service. I hate that 25th street location. I will go back to S.West st location. Better price and better service.
By choice, always my first selection.
