What Happened: I took some electronics to this location for recycling on Thursday June 30. I didn't expect to be charged money, but they charged me $55. But I found out they only do cash or check, ouch. Went to go find an ATM, got back as they were closing.
Came back that Saturday, well within posted business hours, to find they were closed. Later found out it was for July 4th weekend.
Makes sense…but there was no sign I was able to get to, and no adjusted hours online.
I called and left a message, frustrated since I live all the way across town. They called back July 5th and apologized, and waived the charge.
Customer service? Good.
Need updated payment methods, or a cash ATM onsite.
They should also make sure they keep their hours updated online.
