Had an issue with our car barely wanting to start so an employee at the Pocatello location on Yellowstone by the name of Joby helped resolve the issue and even installed the battery for us in a matter of 10-15 after rolling in. Excellent service here definitely recommend!
I needed a certain auto part! Auto Zone didn't have one at the time, so they said they could get me one the next day, which is pretty fast! I really appreciated their efficient and fast response! Thanks Auto Zone !
The best part is they're always friendly and willing to help. They won't make you feel stupid for buying the wrong windshield wipers and they'll help you install them after they get you the correct ones.
My friend and I are traveling cross country. We had a radiator overheating. We stopped by Oreillys in Pocatello. An employee named Tommy was so kind and helpful! He gave us the right product, the right advice and loaned us a tool for our repairs. After his helping hand we were soon on our way:)
