The employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you. There are somethings they can't do but if they can they give you 100% plus effort. Price are comparable to other auto parts stores, it their customer service that elevates them far beyond their competitors. Don't take my word for go see for yourself.
We had the most amazing experience today, Silvia answered the phone answered all my questions, got the parts ready- we got to the store I still had a ton of questions which she either had the answer off the top of her head or was tenacious enough to get the answers I was looking for. She was able to suggest extra materials to make the job easier. We had to go back twice because I was unprepared for the job at hand and each time we were greeted with such a warm welcome and some good laughs. Will definitely drive the extra 15 minutes to go see her again for any future needs!
Silvia is amazing super helpful. I was driving from Colorado to Oregon. Needed some emergency fender screws. Not sure which one would fit. She helped me trying multiple kinds/ sizes. Thank you so much!!
