I’m from out of town and know nothing about batteries except mine was dead and I’djust bought the car a few months before. I have an O’Reillys in my hometown so I headed up there. Thank you Gary, for all your hard work at getting a new one in, not breaking the bank, and getting me back on the road home . And the kind words you said about knowing my mom. You are appreciated!!
This one is a good one.Now my favorite here.A true jewel in our part of the Gem state. I always loved the one in Pocatello,however residing almost 30 miles away one would feel reluctant when it comes to certain smaller items like a spark plug or a filter to spend at least an hour driving then however long it takes to locate the necessary item.Thus turning very ordinary,mundane task into some kind of an enormous shopping accomplishment.Of course,assuming all the parts are in stock and not taking the value of my time into consideration.
Now we have a store in a 5 minutes driving/10 minutes walking distance.
Another thing that sets this store apart from similar places is their HOURS.Sunday is a day of rest for some and I respect those.
But I also sincerely believe,that those guys and girls, who work flexible hours are people too.Nothin is wrong when Sunday is your only day off and you are trying to accomplish as much as you can.
Keep the good work O'reilly's I will come buy from you soon.

I was visiting from out of state and needed a new battery for my vehicle. My daughter recommended I go to your business and ask for Scott. Scott was very helpful in assisting me toward the right battery. He went above and beyond putting in the new battery, which was a chore. Customer service was excellent!!!! Friendly !!! Thank you!!!!
